Chef Marcia Ouellet has a great love for food from ground to mouth. Raised in the Ottawa Valley between a tine Quebec village and a small Ontario town, food and its origins have been a passion for hers for as long as she can recall. There is so much to learn about people and the environment and although jus a home cook, it continues to be exciting to connect with the world on a plate.
Robin started cooking in small bistros in Burlington where she found her passion, then began her apprenticeship training at George Brown College and ended in Niagara College with here Ontario's cooks certificate. She has working in upscale restaurants, institutional and large catering facilities. After buying a small farm with her husband, she enjoys the 1.5 acres of vegetable gardens and her 90 chickens. She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and passion with the Tansley community.
